Sales begin ending at the specified end date, and close approximately every 15 seconds thereafter. Any bid placed by a bidder other than the current winning bidder in the last 2 minutes will extend the end time for an individual lot by 2 minutes.
GNC highly recommends you take the time to inspect items you are bidding on. All items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS." The seller makes no guaranty, warranty or representation expressed or implied as to the quantity, kind, size, quality, weight, contents or description of any of the property or its fitness for any use or purpose whatsoever.
PICK UP TERMS:
The buyer is solely responsible for the pickup of all lots purchased at his/her own expense during the specified pickup time frame. Failure to pick up your lots by the following Monday at 4:00 will result in a forfeiture of the items without refund. The seller is not required for any reason to provide an alternative time, location, or method of pickup. All accounts not picked up on Friday at 5:00 will be charged to your card unless you have called to notify us.
If an item is unable to be found during the pickup period, the buyer must immediately make this known to the seller's auction staff. If the item cannot be found, a refund will be given. No refund requests made after the completion of the pickup will be honored.
LATE PICK UP:
DUE TO THE INCREASING NUMBER OF LATE PICK UPS, A LATE PICK UP FEE OF $10 PER AUCTION OR $5 PER ITEM, WHICH EVER IS GREATER. This fee will not be charged if you call prior to the pick up day to make arrangements. You must call before the pick up day to avoid this fee.

Your credit card will be charged for the invoice amount after the auction ends, the bid amount plus 15% buyers premium plus 5.3% Virginia Sales Tax. If you want to pay cash or check, give us a call or email before the end of the auction, then we will reduce the BP to 13% when you pay and pick up on Friday. To get this discount you must pick up by Monday following the end of the auction.
